I hope this communication finds you and your loved ones well and safe.
Since the start of the year, every decision that we have taken has been with an abundance of caution, and keeping the safety and security of our participants as our number one priority.
As you would imagine, the current uncertainty makes it difficult to predict when the governmental directives allowing large gatherings will be issued ,or when international flights to India are likely to commence – both of which impact our ability to hold a world class event with participation from across the globe.
Hence, owing to factors completely outside of our control and based entirely on the Coronavirus pandemic that currently afflicts the world, with a view to remove the constant uncertainty, it has been decided to reschedule the 28th Convergence India & 6th Smart Cities India expos to 24 - 26 March 2021 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India.
We remain committed to provide an expo of enhanced quality, with more buyers and qualified business visitors to make the event a huge success. Our resolve to serve our business community has only grown stronger thanks to the enormous and generous support we have received from our many clients and exhibitors over the past few months.
This one-of-a-kind expo in 2021, brought to you by ITPO and the Exhibition India Group, will deliver India’s largest Technology event on all aspects vital to nation building. The combination of both expos supporting India’s Digital and Smart Cities Missions will deliver a blockbuster, not to be missed experience for sustainable growth.
We will, of course, follow, and exceed, all the stipulated guidelines to ensure the safety and security of all our participants during the show. We are of the firm belief that nothing can replace the face-to-face interaction that our platform provides, which people are starved for at this time. We believe that the industry will appreciate a platform such as ours as a show of strength and as a way to look ahead with optimism & positivity. The 28th Convergence India and 6th Smart Cities India 2020 expo will be an increasingly important platform to compensate for the slowdown caused by this pandemic.
