Mandatory Requirement - Online visa form with photo and signature
- Passport - original, and a copy
- Copy of prior approval from the Indian authorities/Indian Mission for filming the documentary/movie in India.
- Letter from the local media house giving details of the project, schedule, list of crew members, and synopsis of the movie / documentary to be shot in India.

- Address proof
- In case of foreigner, copy of Brazilian visa/residence permit.
- Copy of registration certificate of local media house
- Copy of earlier visa of India, if any obtained during last 5 years
- Copy of other passport or national ID in case of dual/multiple nationalities.
