Mandatory Requirement - Online visa form with photo and signature
- Passport - original, and a copy
- If going for journalism, prior approval from concerned Indian authorities/Embassy/Consulate.
- If not going for journalism, an undertaking that applicant will not undertake any professional activity during the visit.
- Letter from media house, to which the journalist belongs, stating the purpose of visit and confirming that applicant is not going on any official assignment.

- In case of foreigner, copy of Brazilian visa/residence permit.
- 3. Copy of registration certificate of local media house
- Copy of earlier visa of India, if any obtained during last 5 years
