Advisory regarding suspension of consular services

 In view of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic situation and the lockdown measures announced by the Government of Federal District of Brasilia, it has been decided to temporarily suspend all routine consular services until further notice. Applicants are requested NOT to visit the Embassy premises for any service as the Embassy will be functional only in work from home mode.

2.    In the case of emergency, consular services applicants can contact consular official over email (cons.brasilia[at]mea.gov.in) or Emergency helpline number +55-61-98139 1127. It is emphasized that helpline number should be used in case of emergency only, and not for routine queries which should be sent by mail.
