Visa Application Form 2 recent Passport size photos. Original Passport. Photocopy of the passport with the relevant pages including residence visa page Intern visa (including AIESEC internship) would be granted immediately after graduation / post-graduation with no more than a gap of 1 year immediately after graduation/post-graduation. Required documents - letter from the sponsoring Indian company / educational institution / NGO concerned clearly indicating the period of internship. Supporting letter from AIESEC and AIESEC acceptance letter. Copies of relevant educational certificates are to be submitted by the applicant. In case of internship in a company, the foreign national being sponsored should draw a minimum remuneration of Rs. 7.80 lakhs per annum. Grant of Intern visa to foreigners in NGOs will be subject to prior clearance of Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). Undertaking from the company / organization concerned that they will ensure departure of the foreigner on completion of the internship. Interns would be required to register with the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO)/Foreigners Registration Officer (FRO) within 14 days of arrival in India. Interns are not permitted to take up employment in India immediately after completion of internship. Conversion of Intern visa to any other type of visa is not permitted. Earnings from internship with Indian company/educational institution/NGO concerned will be subject to the Indian Income Tax Regulations. Additional documents may be asked for in certain cases.

Destekleyici AIESEC evrakları ve AIESEC kabul mektubu. Başvuru sahibine ait ilgili eğitim sertifikalarının kopyaları.,<br>
Bir şirkette staj yapılması durumunda, başvuru sahibinin yıllık minimum Rs 7.80 lakhs ödeme alması gerekmektedir. Yabancılara STK'lar bünyesinde stajyer vizesi verilmesi, Hindistan İçişleri Bakanlığı'nın (MHA) ön iznine tabi olacaktır.<br> Şirket/kuruluştan, stajın bitmesinin ardından yabancının ülkeden ayrılacağının garanti altına alınacağını belirten taahhüt yazısı.<br>
- Stajyerlerin, Yabancılar Bölge Kayıt Yetkilisi (FRRO) / Yabancılar Kayıt Görevlisi'ne (FRO) Hindistan'a varıştan sonraki 14 gün içinde kayıt olmaları gerekmektedir.<br>
- Staj tamamlandıktan hemen sonra stajyerlerin Hindistan'da işe alınmasına izin verilemez. Staj Vizesi’nin başka bir vize türüne dönüştürülmesine izin verilmez.<br>
- Hindistandaki şirket / eğitim kurumu / ilgili STK ile yapılan stajdan kazançlar, Hindistan Gelir Vergisi Yönetmeliğine tabi olacaktır.<br>
