Photocopy of the passport with the relevant pages including residence visa page.
Applicants desiring to visit India for mountaineering / climbing mountain peaks, have to obtain permission for such expeditions from the Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF), C/o Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, New Delhi which coordinates all expeditions in the Himalayas.
Applications/Requests (in triplicate) for such expeditions should be addressed to Ministry of Defence Govt. of India and should be submitted at the Embassy at least four months in advance with full details of the expedition. Visas are issued after authorization/approval from the concerned authorities in India.
Additional documents may be asked for in certain cases.

- Orijinal Pasaport, Pasaport 

Fotokopisi ve Vizenin/Oturum İzninin bulunduğu pasaporttaki ilgili sayfaların fotokopisi. 

- Dağcılık / tırmanma, dağ zirveleri için Hindistan'ı ziyaret etmek isteyen başvuru sahipleri, Himalayalar'daki tüm seferleri koordine eden Hindistan Dağcılık Kurumu (IMF), Savunma Bakanlığı’ndan izin almak zorundadır. 

-Bu tür keşifler için yapılan başvurular/talepler (üç nisha halinde) Savunma Bakanlığı’na bildirilmeli ve keşif gezisinin tüm detayları ile birlikte en az dört ay öncesinden Büyükelçiliğeibraz edilmelidir. 

- Vizeler, Hindistan'daki ilgili makamlardan izin / onay alındıktan sonra verilir. Gerekli durumlarda ek belgeler istenebilir.

* Visa fee is non-refundable and subject to change without notice.

* Consulate General of India, Istanbul, Turkey reserves the right on granting and deciding type/duration of visa irrespective of the fees tendered at the time of making application.

* Passport should be valid for a minimum of six months beyond the date of intended departure from India.

Note: Validity of the visa is effective from the date of issue. Each visa application is considered on its merits and the Indian Embassy may ask for additional information at any stage during the processing of the application. Submission of application along with prescribed fee does not guarantee issuance of visa. Non-Residents are not eligible.

Her vize başvurusu, kendi esasına göre değerlendirilir ve Hindistan Büyükelçiliği, başvurunun işlenmesi sırasında herhangi bir aşamada ek bilgi isteyebilir. Başvurunun belirtilen ücretle birlikte sunulması vize verilmesini garanti etmemektedir. Türkiye’de yerleşik bulunmayanlar uygun değildir.
