Applications for visa from members of recognized societies should be accompanied by a sponsorship letter from a responsible official of the society on its official letter-head giving an undertaking for the maintenance in, and repatriation from, India of the applicant should the need arise.
The applicants are required to cite two responsible persons in India who will furnish a guarantee bond to the Government for his/her maintenance in and repatriation from India.
Prior approval of the Ministry of Home affairs, Govt. of India may be necessary.
Additional documents may be asked for in certain cases.

- Orijinal Pasaport, Pasaport Fotokopisi ve Vizenin/Oturum İzninin bulunduğu pasaporttaki ilgili sayfaların fotokopisi. 

-Finansal durum gösterir belgeler 

Tanınmış toplulukların üyelerine ait vize başvurularına, topluluktan bir sorumlunun resmi antetli kağıda hazırlamış olduğu sponsorluk yazısı hazırlanmalıdır. Bu yazıda yürütülecek faaliyetlerin sorumluluğu ve Hindistan’dan dönüşe dair taahüt söz konusu olmalıdır. 

Başvuru sahipleri, Hindistan’a girişleri, oradaki kalışları ve Hindistan’dan çıkışlarına dair, ülkeye bir güven bağı verecek sorumlu 2 şahıs göstermelidir. 

- Hindistan İçişleri Bakanlığı'nın önceden onayı,gerekli olabilir. Gerekli görülen durumlarda ek belge istenebilir.

* Visa fee is non-refundable and subject to change without notice.

* Consulate General of India, Istanbul, Turkey reserves the right on granting and deciding type/duration of visa irrespective of the fees tendered at the time of making application.

* Passport should be valid for a minimum of six months beyond the date of intended departure from India.

Note: Validity of the visa is effective from the date of issue. Each visa application is considered on its merits and the Indian Embassy may ask for additional information at any stage during the processing of the application. Submission of application along with prescribed fee does not guarantee issuance of visa. Non-Residents are not eligible.

Başvurunun belirtilen ücretle birlikte sunulması vize verilmesini garanti etmemektedir. Türkiye’de yerleşik bulunmayanlar uygun değildir.
