Public Grievance Redressal Mechanism

For the redressal of grievances of Indian Nationals, Mission has a well publicized helpline number to respond to and address any emergencies. Indian Nationals can also come to the Mission, send e-mails, reach Mission on its Social Media accounts to address their grievances. Mission, as may be appropriate, in individual cases attempts to address particular grievances through counseling and in coordination with other concerned authorities as deemed fit . Mission also provide assistance through ICWF in deserving cases
