CELEBRATION OF हिन्दी दिवस 2017 - HINDI DIVAS 2017 IN NICOSIA on 17 September 2017

Dear Friends,

I recall my last email on the subject.

I have already intimated you that Hindi Divas 2017 will be celebrated at the High Commission in Nicosia premises from 1700 to 1930 hrs on Sunday, 17th September, 2017. This mail is being sent to you with the new themes on the occasion.

2. The event is open to Indian and foreign nationals residing in Cyprus and will be for age groups of (i) 5-10 years, and (ii) 10-15 years. They are invited to participate in the event by speaking in Hindi for 2-4 minutes on very general themes.

3. The participation will be as per the following age groups:

	Age group	Themes
a.	5-10 years	Diwali Holi Bird I like My best food Fruit I like Taj Mahal My best friends in Cyprus My last visit to India
b.	10-15 years	How I can make India a developed country Gurupurab Onam Christmas Gautam Buddha Sardar Patel Promoting Non-violence in an insecure world Countering Terrorism

4. For participation of your kids, an email for registration as per the following format is required by 04 September, 2017 :

	Name, DOB & Place of Residence	Age group

5. The themes will be allotted by the High Commission of India in Nicosia by 14 September.

6. There will be prizes for 3 best performers in each age-group. All participants will receive a Certificate of participation.

7. As the celebration is also open to Cypriot nationals, you may invite your Cypriot friends for participation.
