Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) under Ministry of Information and Broadcasting is setting up of a National Centre of Excellence (NCoE) for Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming and Comics (AVGC) with a vision to develop highly skilled talent and nurture IP development in AVGC.
