The Police Clearance Certificate is a document issued by the Embassy of India which proves the personal data, according to the travel document, of the Indian citizen. It is a document that may be required by the Brazilian authorities. How do I apply for the Police Clearance Certificate?
To apply for the Police Clearance Certificate, the applicant must:
(i) Print and fill out a Miscellaneous Form (available at Form for Miscellaneous Services);
(ii) Send or bring the completed form to the Embassy, with two 3x4cm photos,
(iii) Write a simple letter, stating the reason for which PCC is necessary and for which body it will be presented in Brazil;
(iv) self-attested copies of passport first and last page with particulars
