Invitation for Expression of Interest from Companies providing Security Services
Embassy of India proposes to engage a security company for one year effective from 1st August, 2017 to 31st July, 2018 for providing 4 Security Guards (24x7 hrs) and 1 Security Guard (8 am to 5 pm – Monday to Friday) for guarding five (05) Government of India owned properties in Harare. The Security companies/agencies are requested to submit their bids in two parts – a) Technical Bid and b) Financial Bid in separate closed envelopes.
Tender documents can be accessed at www.eprocure.gov.in 
or collected from the Embassy. The Bids are to be addressed to Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, Harare. The Bids can be submitted at the Reception of the Embassy by 1640 hrs till 8th June, 2017.
