SECURITY ADVISORY
1. Following security related information has been received from reliable and credible security agencies :-
(a) Threat of suicide attack in Kabul city area and Southern region.
(b) Threat of VBIED attack in Kabul, Southern and Eastern region.
(c) Ongoing threat of kidnapping of foreign nationals in Kabul, Southern and Eastern regions.
(d) Large number of criminals and insurgents, believed to be Taliban, in or around Baqua area of Farah road planning to execute an attack or abduction.
2. All Indian nationals are advised to observe security precautions and undertake minimum essential movement. The contents of this letter be disseminated to all Indians under your jurisdiction.
3. In this context refer our following letters:-
