Vision Vibrant Uttar Pradesh 2016, being organized by the Centre for Agriculture and Rural Development (CARD) & ASSOCHAM – Uttar Pradesh, will be held from 26-28 November, 2016 at the campus of Indian Institute of Sugarcane Research, Telibagh, Lucknow.
