Public Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Consular (Passport, Visa services, etc):

Mr. Sunil Raj Kumar M (Second Secretary) is available to address any grievance/issue with regard to passport and consular services between 10 to 12hrs on working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) in the Consular wing of Embassy of India, Ashgabat.

Other wings of the Embassy:

Any grievances with regard to issues not involving passport, consular and visa services and relating to the functioning of other wings of the Embassy may be brought to the notice of the following in writing to Ms Kanishka Singh (Second Secretary)
