Department of Investment and Public Asset Management has issued Preliminary Information Memorandum (PIM) regarding disinvestment of Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd. (NINL), which is a 1.1 million tonne integrared Steel Plant located at Kahnga Nagar Industrial Complex, District Jajpur, Odisha.

Expression of Interest (EOI)is available at the website of Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) (www.dipam.gov.in ), Ministry of Commerce and Industry (www.commerce.gov.in ), NINL (www.ninl.in ), MMTC (www.mmtclimited.com ) and Transaction Adviser, M/s. SBICAPS (www.sbicap.com ). Last date of submission of EOI is 29th March, 2021.
