Indian Council for Cultural Relations (Scholarship Scheme)
The Embassy of India in Damascus invites the Syrian candidates / students who are interested in pursuing their Higher Studies in India to apply for the scholarship offered by the India Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), Government of India.
Interested candidates may apply online at: http://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in 
. The submission of applications begins from March 15 to April 30, 2021.
The applications will be directly sent to the respective universities. Therefore, all students must submit all required documents, Identity papers, certificates, etc., in English language or certified English translation on A2A portal. There will be NO English proficiency test/ interview at Embassy of India in Damascus. The same will be done by the respective University (on-line), if needed.
