- Employment Visa
An employment visa is granted to foreigners who have been offered a job from a reputed company and has indicated that the applicant be located in India for the same. Documents required: - Copy of passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of proposed arrival date in India.
- Copy of E-taskira or paper Taskira attested by National Statistics & Information Authority.
- Polio vaccination certificate
- Employment letter from the company mentioning the salary being offered.
- Business license of the company duly attested by Ministry of Commerce in India.
- Copy of applicant’s certificate of highest qualification, duly attested by MoFA, Afghanistan.
- NOTE: An applicant is eligible for employment visa only if his annual salary is more than INR 16.25 lakhs (https://fx-rate/USD) per annum.
NOTE: Grant of any type of visa is the sole discretion of the Embassy of India, Kabul. |
