Notice Inviting Quotations for Hiring of Linen Services

 

The Foreign Service Institute (FSI) of the Ministry of External Affairs is organising in New Delhi training of 51foreign diplomats from Tunisia from October 29 to November 09, 2018.

2.       In this regard quotations are invited for hiring of linen services in the following format:

 Rs per Day per Piece without GSTApplicable GST (%)

52 white coloured linen along with coloured ribbon changeable daily for banquet chairs

 

 

8 table linen cover with satin square cover changeable daily for round tables

 

 

 3.       The quotations must be submitted before 1600 hrs on October 23, 2018 by dropping it in the Tender Box at Foreign Service Institute, Baba Gangnath Marg (Near Ber Sarai Market), New Delhi-110067 duly superscribed with “Quotation for Hiring of Linen Services under First Special Course for Tunisian Diplomats: October 29-November 09, 2018.

4.       Representatives of the linen service providers may attend the proceedings of the opening of the quotations at Foreign Service Institute at 1600 hrs on October 23, 2018.
