Notice Inviting Quotations for Hiring of Transport Services in Delhi and for Agra

 

The Foreign Service Institute of the Ministry of External Affairs is organising in New Delhi training of foreign diplomats from Iran from November 26-December 07, 2018.

2.     In this regard quotations are invited for hiring of transport services for travel of 27 persons in the following formats.

Travel within NCR from November 26-December 07, 2018

AC Coach without toilet*Rs/day-(8 hrs/80 km) without GSTRs/hr for extra hours without GSTApplicable GST Rate (%)

3.       Travel within NCR will involve weekday commuting (except closed holidays) between the resident Hotel of diplomats and FSI (within 10 km of each other). Sometimes diplomats will also travel during the day to various sites in Delhi as part of their official engagements and in the evening for sight-seeing.

4.       Travel to Agra will include visiting the Taj Mahal and traveling to Fatehpur Sikri besides stopping at important tourist spots along the way.

5.       The transport service provider will ensure that both the driver and conductor are dressed in clean uniform with shoes; the bus is not driven rashly; bottled water (500 ml) is provided in the bus; and the bus is cleaned on a daily basis, both from inside and outside.

6.       The quotations must be submitted before 1500 hrs on November 05, 2018 by dropping it in the Tender Box at Foreign Service Institute, Baba Gangnath Marg (Near Ber Sarai Market), New Delhi-110067, duly superscribed with “Quotation for Hiring of Transport Services for 27 Iranian Diplomats in Delhi and for Agra: November 26-December 07, 2018”.

5.       Representatives of the transport service providers may attend the proceedings of the opening of the quotations at Foreign Service Institute at 1500 hrs on November 05, 2018.
