Open House/ Public Grievance Redressal Mechanism

 An ‘Open House’ has been established whereby Second Secretary (Consular and Community Affairs) will be available at the Embassy to meet members of the Indian community without any appointment to address any grievance regarding Passport/OCI/Consular matters on every Thursday during 1600h – 1700h.

2.         Besides, a complaints/suggestions box is kept in the reception area of the consular wing for receiving complaints/ suggestions with regard to visa, consular and passport services rendered by the Embassy.

3.         Any grievance/issue relating to passport, consular and visa services may also be communicated in writing to Second Secretary (Consular and Community Affairs) at the following e-mail id addressee: cons.ashgabat[at]mea.gov.in

4.        Second Secretary (Consular and Community Affairs) and the staff of Consular Wing are also available to address any grievance/issue with regard to passport and consular services between 09.30 to 11.30 hrs on working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) in the Embassy based on appointment.
