March 29, 2019 Training Course for MEA Officials Notice Inviting Quotations for Hiring of Transport Services The Foreign Service Institute of the Ministry of External Affairs is organising in New Delhi training of MEA Officials from April 8-12, 2019. 2. In this regard quotations are invited for hiring of transport services in the following formats. Travel from FSI (Ber Sarai) to South Block and Jawaharlal Nehru Bhavan , Janpath from April 8-12, 2019
* Normal AC Bus 3. Travel will involve weekday commuting (except closed holidays) from FSI to South Block and Jawaharlal Nehru Bhavan (within 15 kms radius of FSI). Bus is required to report at FSI at 1130 hrs and will leave from FSI around 1215 hrs stopping at Akbar Bhavan and South Block along the way to Jawaharlal Nehru Bhavan. 4. The transport service provider will ensure that both the driver and conductor are dressed in clean uniform with shoes; the bus is not driven rashly; the bus is cleaned on a daily basis, both from inside and outside. 6. The quotations must be submitted before 1130 hrs on April 4, 2019 by dropping it in the Tender Box at Foreign Service Institute, Baba Gangnath Marg (Near Ber Sarai Market), New Delhi-110067, duly superscribed with “Quotation for Hiring of Transport Services for Training Course for MEA Officials: April 8-12 2019”. 7. Representatives of the transport service providers may attend the proceedings of the opening of the quotations at Foreign Service Institute on April 4, 2019 at 1130 hrs. Shashi Munjal |
