(i)The particulars of its organization, functions and duties;Embassy of India, Brasilia is headed by Ambassador. It has the following Wings: Administration, Consular, economic and Commercial and Information & Culture. 

This Mission deals with all aspects of bilateral and multilateral relations between India, Brazil and within continent. All aspects of India’s relations with Brazil, viz. political, economic and commercial, consular, information & culture and any other aspects related thereto.
(ii)The powers and duties of its officers and employees;All officials in the Embassy have been delegated powers and duties, as the case may be – by the Ambassador of India to Brazil. Ambassador has been vested with his duties and responsibilities by the Government of India.
(iii)The procedure followed in the decision making process,
including channels of supervision and accountability;
Decisions are made under the extant rules.
(iv)The norms set by it for the discharge of its functionsNorms are in consonance with the Indian laws, rules and Govt. of India polices and programmes.
(v)The rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records,
held by it or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions;

Administrative committees are formed at times for a specific objective and temporary term, after which these cease to exist.

Embassy of India does not follow any subsidy programme.
