Vinay Kumar, offered floral tributes in an event in the Embassy on 14th April 2020. He spoke about the role of Babasaheb in the drafting of the Indian Constitution and as the first Law Minister of the Indian Union, and urged that we should all follow the ideals of equality and fraternity among all fellow citizens for all round development of the country
