All Indian Nationals holding hand written passports are requested to approach Embassy of India, Kinshasa to get new Machine readable Passports (MRPs). This is mandatory in view of decision of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to phase out non-MRPs. Indian citizens are also requested to disseminate this information among fellow citizens. This requirement may kindly be treated as URGENT.
