Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd. (NINL) is a 1.1 million tonne integrated Steel Plant located at Kalinga Nagar industrial Complex, District Jaipur, Odisha, India promoted as a Joint Venture of Central Public Sector Enterprises, viz, MMTC Ltd. National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd., MECON, BHEL and Public Sector Enterprises of Odisha State viz. Industrial Promotion Investment Corporation Ltd and Odisha Mining Corporation.
