Strategic Disinvestment of Neelanchal Ispat Nigam Limited

Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd. (NINL) is a 1.1 million tonne integrated Steel Plant located at Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex, District Jaipur, Odisha, India promoted as a Joint Venture of Central Public Sector Enterprises viz, MMTC Ltd. National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd., MECON, BHEL and Public Sector Enterprises of Odisha State viz. Industrial Promotion Investment Corporation Ltd. And Odisha Mining Corporation.

2. Pursuant to Cabinet decision for Strategic Disinvestment of NINL, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) has issued Preliminary Information Memorandum (PIM) covering Global Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) on 25.01.2021 and the PIM/EOI is available at the website of DIPAM (www.dipam.gov.in External website that opens in a new window), Ministry of Commerce and Industry (www.commerce.gov.in External website that opens in a new window), NINL (www.ninl.in External website that opens in a new window), MMTC (www.mmtclimited.com External website that opens in a new window) and Transaction Adviser, M/s.
