Passport Services
The Embassy of India offers passport and consular services to Indian nationals residing in Mongolia. It is our endeavor to provide efficient consular services to all applicants in the shortest possible time.
Note: All fees are to be paid in US Dollars in cash at the Consular Section along with the application form. Fees once paid are not refunded, even if the application is withdrawn or the applicant is found ineligible for the service for whatsoever reason.
Online Application of Passport

Reissue of passport on expiry of old passport or exhaustion of pages

Note:
Application for renewal (new booklet) of passport can be submitted if the final validity of the passport is less than one year.
Indian nationals are advised to have their passports renewed at least six months before the expiry of validity. This will help them in avoiding situations as some countries require a minimum of six months’ passport validity for issuing visas.
It is an offence under the Passports Act 1967 to furnish false information in the application. Passport facilities could be denied on grounds of suppression of material information, submission of incorrect particulars, willful damage/loss of passport or for unauthorized change/tampering.
Those Indian citizens acquiring citizenship/passport of another country should surrender their Indian Passport to the Indian Embassy.
Issue of new passport in lieu of lost passport
