Open Auction will be conducted for the office/household electrical/electronic items at the Embassy of India, Beijing Street-8, Khoroo #7, Sukhbaatar District, Ulaanbaatar on 21 December 2022. The items will be auctioned on 'as & where basis' with no refunds, exchange and substitutions.

Interested parties are requested to visit the Embassy premises to take stock of the items available for the auction. For any queries the Embassy may be contacted via email to estt.ulaan
mea.gov.in or by telephone (No. : 329522, 329524) during work hours on any work day on or before the date of auction. Auction will be start on 21s December 2022 at 1100hrs at the Embassy premises. Participants are requested to be present atleast 15 minutes before the start of the auction.
