Ambassador met Foreign Minister H. E. Mr. D.Tsogtbaatar on April 12, 2019 and briefed him on the progress of oil refinery project, opening of EIL representative Office & forthcoming exhibition in May in UB city by ‘Engineers India Limited’ of Indian companies engaged in oil exploration, Refinery and pipeline operations and maintenance.
