Brief on Conduct of Webinars
Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence is holding Aero India, 2019 from 20th – 24th Feb, 2019 at Bengaluru. In the run up to the Aero India, Webinars will be organised beginning from 19th Dec, 2018 onwards on Wednesday/Thursday at 1500 hrs (IST). The Webinars will be conducted by experts from Research Organisations, Industry, Academia and other stake holders on themes relevant to Aero - Space Industry.
Webinars will be interactive and is designed for 1000 participants around the Globe. The participants can login / participate with any device (Mobile, Laptop, Tablet PC or Desktop) working on Windows, Mac, iOS or Android Operating Systems. The prospective participants are to register on the ‘Aero India’ website/ https://aeroindia.gov.in/Aero-India. The user guidelines and webinar information for the participants will be made available on the ‘Aero India’ website. The link for participation for the respective Webinar will be made available on Aero India website. The first 1000 participants will be provided with the link for participation on ‘first come-first served’ basis. The registered participant will also receive the link through emails / SMS for participation. The sessions will be interactive wherein the participants would be able to ask questions to the speakers during the webinars either by text, audio and video mode. The webinars will also be simultaneously streamed live on YouTube for the benefit of the additional participants. The Webinar schedule for Dec’18 is attached.
